When managing a Concrete CMS website, it’s essential to understand your site’s environment to effectively troubleshoot issues. The Environment Information section in the Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your site’s technical details, aiding in diagnostics and communication with support teams.

Accessing Environment Information

  1. Log into your Concrete CMS Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to System & Settings.
  3. Under the Environment section, click on Environment Information.

Here, you’ll find detailed information about your site’s setup, including:

  • Server Details: PHP version, database type, and server software.
  • Installed Add-ons and Themes: Lists of active extensions and themes.
  • Concrete CMS Version: The current version running on your site.

This information is crucial when diagnosing issues or seeking support, as it provides context about your site’s configuration.

Debug Settings

Adjusting debug settings can help identify and resolve problems:
