Managing and reviewing form submissions in Concrete CMS is streamlined through the Form Results feature. This tool allows you to view, search, and export data collected from your site’s forms.

Accessing Form Results

To access your form submissions:

  1. Log in to your Concrete CMS dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Reports.
  3. Click on Forms.

Here, you’ll find a list of all forms on your site, each displaying the number of submissions received.

Viewing and Managing Submissions

To view the entries for a specific form:

  1. Click on the desired form’s name.
  2. You’ll be presented with a list of submissions, including details such as submission date and respondent information.

You can click on any entry to view its full details.

Searching and Filtering Submissions

The Form Results interface offers search and filtering options to help you locate specific entries:

  • Use the search bar to enter keywords related to the submissions you’re looking for.
  • Apply filters to narrow down results based on criteria like date ranges or specific fields.

Exporting Submissions

To export form submissions for external analysis or record-keeping:

  1. Within the form’s submission list, click the export icon (usually represented by an arrow pointing to a server).
  2. Choose your preferred export format, such as CSV.

This functionality enables you to handle the data in spreadsheet applications or other tools as needed.

Email Notifications

Concrete CMS allows you to configure forms to send email notifications upon submission:

  1. When adding or editing a form, navigate to the Options tab.
  2. In the Send form submissions to email addresses field, enter the email addresses that should receive notifications, separated by commas.

This ensures that designated recipients are promptly informed of new submissions.

By effectively utilizing the Form Results feature, you can efficiently manage and respond to the data collected through your site’s forms, enhancing your site’s interactivity and user engagement.
