The marketplace was relaunched in May 2024. Big changes inevitably lead to questions. Here are answers to some of the most common questions.

Why can't my site connect to the marketplace?
The new marketplace is compatible with Concrete 9.3.2 and above. Please update your site to the latest version of Concrete and reconnect it to the community.
What will happen to my v8 site and where are my v8 extensions?
Entropy will surely get it in the end, but nothing we've done here should impact your end of life Concrete v8 site today.

We're pretty stoked your experience with v8 has been so smooth that you're only reading about this now. ;)
When you purchased extensions for your v8 (and earlier) sites in the past, all the code for those extensions was downloaded to your site. There is no need for your v8 site to connect to the marketplace for the extensions you've already purchased to continue working.
Additionally, there have been precious few updates to v8 specific extensions offered in the last years (probably because of those EOL announcements.) While our new marketplace does embrace the need for support by ensuring you get any updates available over a subscription period, our old marketplace never promised updates or support beyond 30 days.
All of that said, if you have an older site you're wrestling with and there was a package you had purchased from our old marketplace that you never downloaded and you'd like us to dig in the archives for your purchase history to manually send you a copy of what you bought in the past, just reach out via our contact form and we'll do our best to help.
Can I access the legacy transactions or projects page after May 15, 2024?
Licenses for v9 extensions purchased in the prior 12 months will move to the new marketplace, so you’ll be able to see them there.
Everything else in the old marketplace will not be available. We’ve been happily providing a historical library of licenses and project pages that spans over a decade, but it can't last forever.
What happened to my old marketplace credits?
There are no credits in the new marketplace. If you had a balance in the old marketplace, send a request and we will issue a payout.
Where I can find the account balance?
The new marketplace automatically computes commission attributes at time of purchase through our payment processing partner Stripe. As a developer you should make sure to connect your marketplace account to a Stripe Connect account using this URL:

If you live in a country where setting up Stripe Connect is not possible, on special request we can work with you to process payouts manually on a routine basis as accounts are reconciled.
With Stripe Connect enabled, you will be able to see transaction information at your Stripe account, and also from this interface on our site:

There is no need to request payout with the new marketplace, it will happen automatically.
